Meet at Shamley Green church car park at 2:15pm, Saturday 25 March 2017

A guided walk by Alan Johnson, Vice-chairman of the Wey & Arun Canal Trust who will lead you on a 4-mile circular walk to see how the 1865 Guildford-Horsham railway crossed the 1816 Wey & Arun Canal and explore a newly revealed iron truss bridge and see local industrial heritage. Although most of the paths are flat, please wear appropriate footwear for this country walk.
