The Trust's boat operation has once again been awarded the highest score possible in the local authority's food hygiene rating scheme.
A recent inspection awarded the team five out of five for its handling of food, the way food is stored and prepared, cleanliness of facilities and how food safety is managed.
It is the second year running that the boat operation has been given the top rating.
This year's boat trips include not only a tempting Cream Tea Voyage, but a Picnic & Pimm's Sunset Cruise, where visitors are treated to supper presented in an individual wicker picnic basket.
