1. On the Boat Group Home Page, click on the Boat Trip Summary icon.
  2. Optionally Limit by trip type and/or date range shown, and find the trip required.
  3. On the right you will see 2 buttons: Cash purchase & Card purchase. Click the one required.

Choose or add a customer

  1. In the next screen, click on - select Contact - and type in the surname; if there are many, you can continue the name in the form “smith, john”. Check the email, phone number and/or postcode match what the customer has given.
  2. If no matching name is shown, click on “New Individual” and in the pop-up form enter (at  least) the customer's First Name, Last Name, Phone (ideally a mobile) and e-mail address.

  3. Click on <Save> at the bottom

Enter the booking details

  1. Now enter the required tickets for Adults, Children etc, and the credit/debit card details (if a card sale) - the amount field will be filled in automatically.
  2. Remember to check the Payment Method field for the correct setting (Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card)
  3. Fill in any dietary requirements, etc or special requests
  4. Click the <SAVE> button right at the bottom of the screen
